If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your product purchase, contact us for further assistance or simply return the unused product to us within 15 days and we will be happy to credit your account for the purchase amount or exchange the item(s) for other products of your choosing.
1. Please email us at email@example.com as we want to ensure every coustumer is satisfied with their purchase and also accomodate you if you've had any issues with us.
2. Send a copy of your original invoice and place it inside the return package, we would appreciate it if you include your reason for return.
3. If you are making an exchange and the total cost of your exchange is more than the amount of your return, please include your payment information on the back of the invoice.
4. Hair products MUST be unused.
5. Pack the items carefully to avoid damage in transit. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging your items (shipping costs are non-refundable).
